6. Water-Damaged Devices

Water-damage service does not guarantee that a device can be restored or will continue functioning after repair. Corrosion or other damage may affect components after the device has been serviced.
Any estimated outcome for a liquid-damaged device is based on its condition at the time of inspection.
7. Replacement Parts
Depending on availability and the repair selected, replacement parts may be original equipment manufacturer (OEM), refurbished, aftermarket, or other compatible replacement parts.
Customers may ask about available part options before approving a repair.
Part availability can vary by device model.
8. Repair Time
Any repair time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Repairs may be delayed because of part availability, additional device damage, diagnostic requirements, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
“Same-day repair” or similar statements mean that many qualifying repairs may be completed the same day; they do not guarantee same-day completion for every device.
9. Repair Warranty

10. Unclaimed Devices
Customers are responsible for collecting repaired or diagnosed devices promptly after being notified that they are ready.
Devices left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to storage charges or other treatment permitted by applicable Nevada law.
We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the contact information provided to us before taking further action regarding an unclaimed device.
11. Customer-Owned Devices
By submitting a device for repair, you represent that you own the device or have authorization from its owner to request service.
We reserve the right to refuse service when ownership is disputed or when we reasonably believe that servicing a device would violate applicable law.
12. Accessories and Product Sales
Accessory availability, appearance, compatibility, and pricing may change without notice.
Customers should confirm compatibility before purchasing an accessory. Returns or exchanges are subject to the return/refund policy communicated at the store or at the time of purchase and applicable law.
